Your Guide to our Online Membership System

Using your personal password you can enter the “Members only” site. I

If you cannot remember your password or you are a new member, you can have a new passowrd allocated or your old one reset by calling our Member Services Centre on 0800 500 122

STEP ONE:
Type the following URL into the website address panel: www.policeassn.org.nz

Enter our site and select “Members Only”  from the left toolbar.

STEP TWO:
From the Members Only screen enter your Membership Number and Password. Click on "Login" or press enter.

You will then be asked to enter a new password. 
This cannot be your QID number.

Click “Change Password”. A message will appear advising whether this has been successful.

Once your password has been successfully changed, use the BACK button to return to the Members Only screen and repeat the login process, using your new password.
Your membership details will now be displayed and you can select the activities you would like to do from the left-hand menu

Changing Your Membership Details

 

STEP ONE:
From the menu on the left select “Change My Details”

STEP TWO:
Make any changes needed by over typing the details or selecting the appropriate choice from the options available and click on “Submit”.

You can now choose to receive your correspondence by email!
From this page you can choose to receive your correspondence by email or by post. Membership information, Insurance information and your Holiday Home Booking (HHBS) details can all be sent to you directly by email by selecting this option on the screen.

 

Viewing and Booking Holiday Homes online!

From the menu on the left select “Holiday Homes”, then with the cursor select the location of the Home you are interested in visiting from the map.  Then just follow the screen prompts to book the home/s of your choice.


This section will provide you with information on ..

  • Number of homes available.
  • Facilities of each home.
  • Information about the location and its main attractions.
  • Actual unit location and Key Pick-up.
  • Map of area showing how to get to the home and Key Pick-up.
  • Link to Tourism site for that area.
  • Online booking facilities
