Stuart Mangnall - 2000

Stuart, a long serving police officer, became Chairperson of the Manukau Police Association in 1983 and spent 15 years in that role. He became Conference Delegate from 1985 until 1989, and in 1989 was elected to the position of Vice-President of the Association.

In this role Stuart was the driving force behind a new initiative, PA Frontline, a commercial company set up under the Association umbrella to raise funds for the welfare of Association members.

Stuart retired from the Association Board of Directors in 1999, becoming a Director of the Police and Families Credit Union, a role which he still carries out today.

Stuart was awarded Life Membership in the year 2000.
