Who receives your Life Benefit?

It is very important a Benefit Nomination Form is completed and kept up to date.

This form allows you to nominate the Partner to whom the Life Benefit will be paid to in the event of your death and (for Police Welfare Fund members) provides a Life Benefit to you, in the event of their death.

If your personal circumstances change, a new form should be completed immediately. You can print a new form or contact our Member Services Team to have one sent to you.
