What is the definition of Partner under the Sworn Police Life Insurance Policy?

Under the Sworn Police Life Insurance Policy, a Partner is a spouse, de facto partner or civil union partner (as those terms are defined in the Property (Relationships) Act 1976).  Partner cover is only available to members of Police Welfare Fund Limited.
