What do I do if I have forgotten my password or am having trouble logging in?
To view more website content and access online services, you need to be logged in to your personal account.
You can login to the website using your Police Association/Police Welfare Fund member number; or Police QID; or using the email address you have previously registered with us.
You will also be asked to input your password. Passwords are case sensitive so be careful to ensure 'Caps Lock' is not switched on when you are trying to input your password.
If you have forgotten your password
The login screen allows you to request a new password. This will be sent automatically to the email address you have previously registered with us. This might be either your work or home email address, depending on what preference you have previosuly indicated to us.
