What kinds of Police Home Loans are there?

The National Bank offers a wide choice of Police Home Loans, designed to fit your unique needs.

·         Flexible Home Loan – a home loan and transactional account in one.  It’s great if you’d like to redraw or actively manage your finances on a day-to-day basis.

·         Floating Interest Rate Home Loan – interest rates can rise and fall depending on changes in the market.  This is an ideal option if you want the convenience and flexibility to change payments or make a lump sum repayment at any time.

·         Fixed Interest Rate Home Loan – you can fix your interest rate and repayments for an agreed period. Current terms are six months, 1 year, 2, 3, 4, and 5 years. It’s excellent if you want the certainty of knowing exactly what your repayments will be.

·         A combination of the above – to give you both certainty and flexibility.
