The 'Repay the Risk' campaign aims to deliver a clear message to Government that constabulary staff deserve a fair and meaningful pay rise this year. Despite challenging bargaining and economic conditions, visible collective action ensures member concerns are not overlooked by decision‑makers. While constabulary staff cannot strike, there are still effective ways to make our voices heard. 

This hub will collate news releases and information for members regarding the upcoming 2026 constabulary pay round.
