The new dashboard, which will be the most significant upgrade to members’ online services since the launch of the new website in 2019 and the Police Health Plan portal in 2024, is designed to deliver a modern, intuitive and more personalised experience.
The new platform is planned for release in November and draws of member feedback to make it easier to access services, manage accounts and stay up to date with association and Welfare Fund benefits.
Built for today’s members
One of the key drivers of the upgrade is the way members choose to connect with the association. Because more than 70% of members now access services through their phones, the dashboard has been reimagined with a “mobile-first” design. The result is a clean and contemporary and ensures important tools and information are easy to find, no matter the device.
Among the new features is a “notification centre”, consolidating essential alerts in one convenient place. From insurance renewals to new discount offers, members will have a clear view of what matters at their fingertips.
Personalisation at core
Another major focus of the upgrade is personalisation. The new dashboard is designed to adapt to members’ needs, placing regularly accessed items such as your digital ID card, member discounts or Holiday Home bookings front and centre. By organising content in a logical and user-friendly way, the dashboard gives members faster, simpler access to the services they use frequently.
Tried, tested and approved
Ahead of next month’s launch, the association recruited members and staff to trial the new dashboard. Their feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, describing the platform as “intuitive”, “streamlined”, and “a clear improvement on the current system”. The testing helped with refining the final design to ensure it meets the needs of members from day one.
Looking ahead
As we move into 2026, the platform will continue to evolve, with plans to digitise membership forms and introduce more online services. The upgrades reflect the association’s commitment to ensuring members have access to a modern, reliable and continually improving digital experience.
Members can expect more information in the lead-up to November’s launch, including the confirmed release date, instructions and FAQs to guide members through the transition. Keep an eye on your inbox and the association’s Facebook page for updates.
