Policies available to PWF members:

  • International Comprehensive - Single trip: comprehensive cover for your trip, including medical expenses (unlimited), journey changes, and even support for pets and childcare if plans go sideways
  • International Comprehensive - Annual Multi-trip: if you’re lucky enough to travel multiple times in a year, this might be the option for you
  • International Medical Only: cover for travellers needing medical support without all the extras
  • Domestic: because things can go wrong at home too - claims are often on par with international travel for cancellations, interruptions, lost items and rental vehicle excess
  • Optional add-on cover is available on select policies for 'Moped and motorbike', 'Skiing and snowboarding' and 'Cruise'.

How to make a claim through SCTI

To make a claim please click here to be taken to the Claims Login. You will need your policy number (found on your Certificate of Insurance) and email address.

Alternatively, you can find the claim page on your My SCTI section of the website:

  1. Click on ‘View my policies’
  2. Select the policy you wish to claim against, click ‘Make a claim’
  3. Upload supporting documents.
  4. Click ‘Next’.
  5. Review the information and if it is all correct, click ‘Next’.
  6. Add your bank details and read both the declaration and Privacy Act authorisation. If you agree, check each box and click ‘Submit’.
